Drop the judgement and just be honest
Breaking down a behavior I see in myself and in so many clients - judging ourselves for doing or feeling things we shouldn't. Piling judgement on top of negative emotion just makes it more difficult to move forward towards your goals. Learning to pause and be honest then manage the original emotion - no matter how icky it is - will change everything.
