School is back in session! As I am now going through the process of getting my daughter ready for college and adulthood I realized there’s a few things I need to talk to her about.

I opened the doors for dialogue and asked the wonderful people on IG to submit questions. One of the questions from a follower was about self care. And it was: What are my self care practices? We explain what our self care rituals consist of and how it produces positive feeling which improves self esteem.
