Jeanie Chang is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, global speaker, bestselling author, and DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion) consultant. She is an AAPI (Asian American Pacific Islander) mental health expert and is the founder of Your Change Provider, PLLC an interdisciplinary practice founded on solutions and her unique framework cultural confidence. As a personal aside, I lived up the street from Jeanie as a teen as we both went to the same high school. 

Dr. Seth Grossman is a licensed psychologist in Coral Springs, FL. He will soon be opening the next incarnation of his private practice, The Center for Psychological Freedom, where he will be focusing on emerging from difficult relationship patterns and focusing on the psychological aspects of health and well-being. He is also the primary co-author of the Millon Clinical Multiaxial Inventory-IV, the widely-used personality inventory. Charles Kim is a licensed mental health counselor who works at a college counseling center in Boston, MA. Previously, he worked as a case manager and therapist at a residential facility for adolescents placed in temporary to long term state care. His clinical interests include the impact of adverse childhood experiences, addressing learned helplessness and kindness as a therapeutic modality.

Dr. Lara Traeger is a Licensed Psychologist who specializes in behavioral medicine - a field that combines knowledge in the biological, behavioral, psychological and social sciences to improve health and wellbeing. Dr. Traeger works at the Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, MA. She focuses on treating adults affected by cancer. As a personal aside, we were not only co-workers at a large management consulting firm in NYC, but we both also attended University of Miami for our doctorates. 

Dr. Danielle Hadeed de Silva is a licensed psychologist who specializes in mindfulness-based stress reduction, hypnotherapy, and family medical illness. Dr. Hadeed de Silva has a small private practice, and primarily teaches online. She currently teaches in the Graduate Psychology program at Purdue University Global. And will soon be starting teaching with Yorkville University in Canada. Dr. Hadeed de Silva and I know each other from our University of Miami days, when we were fellow students in the Counseling Psychology PhD program.

Dr. Julie Grant is a licensed psychologist who is board certified in behavioral sleep medicine. She currently practices in the Atlanta metropolitan area and we are going to chat with her about her work and her views on therapy. Arturo Cid is a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience in his field, in which he also holds Diplomate status. He graduated from Florida International University. He is currently on the PTSD team with the Department of Veteran Affairs. A portion of his private practice is devoted to forensic work including expert witness testimony in legal contexts such as proving extreme hardship in deportation, asylum, and spousal abuse cases as well as child custody and welfare concerns. He is a husband and father. 

Dr. Vaughan is an associate professor in the Counseling and Counseling Psychology programs in the School of Education at Indiana University- Bloomington.  She is a licensed psychologist who spends most of her clinical time supervising therapists in training. Her clinical experience and expertise are in the areas of Latinx Mental Health and substance use disorders. To these ends, she serves as a clinical supervisor for doctoral students learning to provide therapy in Spanish and to treat substance use disorders. She is also principal investigator for a study in brief cognitive behavioral intervention for young adults with substance use disorders.

She's a graduate of the University of Miami where she received her Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy and her Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology.
