The ONE Thing That Helped Me Stop Sweating the Small Stuff...
In this episode I am talking about one question that significantly helped me stop sweating the small stuff...  "Is this an event or a habit?"  I want to give credit to Kelly host of Harmony in the Home Podcast because she was the first person I heard say it in this way.  We are told "don't sweat the small stuff" and "pick your battles" but it never clicked for me on how to practically apply what that means. This has helped me and let me know if this quickie episode helped you.  Follow me on Instagram @joellesuess Become a Patreon
