In this episode, we have Justin Mason, the founder of Agri Aquaponics. Agriculture has been in Justin’s blood since a boy. Having been working on a farm since a teenager, he gained drive, passion, and purpose in toiling the land and seeing it transform.
After realising that so many valuable spaces have been wasted by people, Justin came up with an idea to improve the productiveness in the use of space: self-watering, mobile gardens that you can place on a patio, balcony, back courtyard, etc. Then the business was born: Agri Aquaponics. Agri Aquaponics designs and maintains organic aquaponic and hydroponic gardens. Justin’s business aims to help people grow food anywhere by creating mobile herb and vegetable gardens using hydroponic and aquaponic principles.
The uniqueness of their gardens is self-watering and self-supported: the gardens can be powered by solar panels and batteries, allowing people to grow organic food with zero carbon footprint.
In this episode, Justin tells us about his creative idea of mobile gardens, his insights into agriculture as well as his life experience.
