When we're looking for a service, a solution to a problem, an expert we look at what we will receive for the money we agree to pay.

We look at an itemised list of what we should expect, a consult, perhaps a lesson, a test, whatever the service is we want to know what we're getting for our money.

In this episode, Lindsay talks about the non-tangible, the not on "the-list" benefit of that transaction. A very interesting perspective shift.
