Housing has become one of the most important issues of our time. This podcast is a great contribution to understanding how the housing market works. It’s a complex subject and Brian breaks it down in such a way that we can follow the arcane and cumbersome laws and policies at work. Kudos!

Everyone listening should be inspired to pay attention to local politics, because boy o’ boy it is SO important! Otherwise stuff happens in your backyard without you knowing or ability to do anything about it.
