Way too biased towards Geneva leftism. I live here and find this attitude annoying among many expats. This podcast is often just that mindset on loop. It’s a shame they can’t have a more interesting discussion rather than simply complaining that it’s not 2010 anymore.

While there are some good people involved helping people who need help, one cannot deny that the IOs bring a large income to Geneva, especially for international conferences and meetings of governing bodies. There are times when Geneva hotels are booked solid and it’s hard to get a hotel. It is a large, unwieldy and self-perpetuating system and mandates are not always clear from the governing bodies and donors.
