In 2017, Ethan left his personal training job to sell pest control door to door. During his first summer as a sales rep with Ecoshield, he earned $22k, and although he fell short of his goals in his first year, he had a strong motivation to perform better with each coming year. Now, in 2022, 5 years after his first summer, Ethan is leading a highly motivated sales team which is expected to do $30 million in revenue this year. In this episode, Ethan highlights the importance of finding purpose, centering company culture around brotherhood, and finding your identity.
