Over the past two years, Dawson has transformed his car detailing business from a very basic side hustle to a well-developed detailing company that specializes in interior/exterior detailing, paint enhancement, ceramic and paint protection film (PPF) coating, and vinyl wrapping. In addition to detailing the standard array of family SUVs and daily drivers, Icon Detailers also accommodates high-end vehicles that require specialized care and expertise. 

At the young age of 22, Dawson has learned many lessons along his journey with his startup. After struggling with addiction and bouncing between jobs just out of high school, he used these setbacks as a wake up call to transform his mindset and reshape his life goals. In addition to describing the importance of manifestation and passion, Dawson explains the dangers of becoming too comfortable with an unproductive lifestyle and highlights the opportunity for success without needing a college degree. In this inspiring episode, Dawson proves that even the largest mistakes can lead to the greatest successes as long as they are learned from.
