She has an array of experiences in the clinical field as she has worked with individuals with mental health issues / disorders from diverse backgrounds and age groups both in Nigeria & India, provided Psychological First Aid, conducted standardised assessments and provided necessary treatment plans. She plays a role in allowing room for emotional ventilation, crisis support, guidance & problem solving, promoting wellness in the lives of Individuals.
Augustina Okpechi is project manager with a Bachelor’s in Communication from the University of Nigeria Nsukka. A strong supporter and advocate for children's mental health, Augustina leads Dear Therapy, a free day’s therapy session for kids with experienced psychologists.
