With a headquarters, 10 detachments and six Primary Subordinate Units, the center's workforce delivers globally integrated combat support and shapes the foundation of America's Air, Space and Cyberspace power. "Inside AFIMSC" aims to connect not only to Air Force but throughout all services to its leaders, experts and teammates to keep everybody up-to-date with what's happening around the center.

Readiness Challenge Civil Engineer Competition Returns to Tyndall AFB
The Air Force is bringing back ‘Readiness Challenge’ in 2020 and the Air Force Civil Engineer Center is helping set the stage for the return of the classic CE readiness competition. Last held in the year 2000, Readiness Challenge tests civil engineer teams from across the Air Force on their war-time contingency skills. 2019 Air Force Final Battle
Airmen from across the world competed in the 3rd annual Air Force Final Battle, Thursday September 12th, at the Alpha Warrior Proving Grounds, San Antonio, Texas. Winners of this competition, go on to compete in the 2nd Annual Inter-Service Battle, where they will face off with winners from the Army and Navy, Sept 14th.
