On this episode, we hear Molly Winsten's story. Molly has overcome being diagnosed on the autism spectrum and dealing with dietary restrictions to excel as a both a chef and athlete. She has been featured on multiple cooking shows, helped build a wholesale food company from the ground up, and she even won a championship as a professional woman's tackle football player.
