You can do this exercise with your eyes open once you have established the method and can do it easily.Be aware that it might release huge blocks and emotions that are stuck in or around your body’s heart center.To start with, I suggest you close your eyes.As you practice this exercise throughout the week, it will become faster and easier to do. The aim is that we can achieve it without having to close our eyes, and at random times during the day and night no matter what we are doing at the time.
