Reflection #4
How do inclusive education and social justice frameworks impact the ways in which you might think about and respond to student academic supports and behavior supports? Do these resources align with the academic and behavior supports at work in your own schools/programs? Why or why not? How do these resources guide you to think about academic and behavior supports  and inclusive settings in new or different ways?

Reflection #2
This week I ponder on the following questions asked by my professor Dr. Kate MacLeod as we continue  explore the system change towards inclusion. In what ways do these resources help you to re-imagine special education philosophy and special education service delivery? What do the inclusive shifts in these resources mean for changes in staffing and resources and outcomes for students and staff alike? In what ways is your school implementing these inclusive shifts (philosophical and structural)  for all of its students?  In what ways would you like to see your school implement more inclusive shifts (philosophical and structural) ? What challenges you about these resources? Consider your own role in creating greater inclusion in your school — what inclusive work are you already doing? What might you challenge yourself to begin doing? What barriers currently exist for you and why?
