This is an outstanding podcast! Focusing on personal leadership through diversity appreciation, this podcast offers a fresh take on self-improvement. Inclusive Activism challenges us to question our preconceived notions and manages to do so in a welcoming and nonthreatening way. I often think about the points offered in the episode long after listening to it. It's that type of thought-provoking content that makes me continue to push to be a beter activist and overall, human being.

I have really enjoyed listening to this podcast. It has challenged my views on leadership concepts, and it addresses social issues in a new light. The host always addresses these social issues from his point of view and personal experiences. I feel like I am in an open conversation while listening to this podcast. The idea that we find a form of personal leadership as a way to get better as an individual through the advocation of others its a whole new way of looking at Leadership. The need to get better as an individual so you can better serve your community takes the urgency of self improvement out of a sense of selfism. The need to matter for others to help others who need our advocacy is acute. The fact that this podcast helps us connect the need for personal improvement as a way to help those who need liberation ffrom oppression is a take on leadership we have never seen explored. Brilliant, Timely, and on point!
