Three weeks of thoughts all rolled into one.   1. Blending: The importance now more than ever to understand that work and personal life are going to blend.  2. Detours:  The goal never changes just the path and that's ok as detours always get you there.  3. Abundance:  Having a mentality of abundance and knowing that things will always come back to you if you do the right thing. 

In this episode I speak to the importance of changing who you listen to when your audience or support team is negative or not believing in you as you push for your dream. 

In episode 6 I have Matt Logan a friend, past employee & successful sales professional spend some time talking about taking risks, how the obstacles are the way to your future success and how the power of mindset can truly help you accomplish great things.

Episode 4 I spend some time with Dustin Zimmerman a top performing Sales Leader and we discuss everything leadership.  Great insights for those wanting to get into leadership, those new to leadership and even those who might be some seasoned veterans.   Bare with me as the connection was a little choppy but the content is worth gritting your teeth and baring it.  That's why it's called in the moment as it's real, raw and in the moment.  I'll get the mic figured out but hey just like leadership this podcast isn't an overnight success.  

For Episode 3 I spent time with my wife Julia Bailey who's a top sales professional and now a business owner and we discussed her sales process, had her drop some nuggets that help with her success and then we wrap it all up talking about balancing our professional and personal lives in hopes to give others some things that can help.
