In this episode, we, In Tha Trenches, notice the administrative order has changed between couples (men and women in an relationship).    Women have become more masculine within the corporate industry than men leaving no place for men to come into a relationship to fill a need and the femininity of women has been reduced. The idea of families is being lost due to this disorder of administration change.  The lack of men not stepping up to be real men by brins in past relationships into present relationships, men not being a provider or a protector, wanting to be catered to, and more. Throughout the years, boys that call themselves men reflect badly on the real men. Women are not women as once were and Men by the label are not being men as once before either. In our discussion, we analyze the effect of this change and what should as well as can be done to change this back to the rightful owner of the responsibility of being the head of the family, a father, and a husband to provide for and protect women.  At the same time, we try to devise a solution to the death of family within the community. In understanding the roles of men and women then and only then can the order can be in its rightful place allowing harmony and the growth of a healthy family with peace of mind. Can there be a change back to the original purpose of men and women?  Can the growth of family begin again but in the right direction as what was meant to be?  Will women become more feminine as they should and men be masculine as they should with no more excuses?  Where will society be in the future?  Whose fault is it?  Are both sides guilty? In this episode, in the In Tha Trenches, we discuss the elephant in the room being Black and Blue.  Our special guest is not only a law enforcement officer but an author and entrepreneur, Officer JT.  We hit him with complex and raw questions from our listeners about this topic. In this episode, we are looking at how can we call for prayer and then keep it a secret.  This topic derives from the recent event that took place to have a prayer concert in PA.  At the same time, the event was never promoted nor expressed its importance of it within and to the community.  Due to the increase of events in the world especially here in the US government, we have found many ask for prayer but secretly judge as well as dictate who they want to be present at the event calling themselves Christian.  We understand Christian in the root word Christ means to be Christ-like. In our discussion, we also discover that many people lack the ability to love one another due to their own selfish desire known as idolatrous lust. The lack of love for someone else is a lack of love for God.  One can not love God and truly can not love others according to scripture.  We also find that may lack the understanding of where the problems of life derive from known as sin and being rebellious to God. In understanding the heart issue of man and life, we have identified it rather it is not what goes into the heart but what comes out of it. Can there really be prayer in secret to exclude others from being on one accord?  Can there be a prayer secret sometimes and for certain reasons? This topics derives from the recent ongoing increase of parents ignoring and allowing their kids to be bully playing the innocent victim, parents ignoring warning signs of their child resulting in violence in the school, parents allowing their kids to not have accountability and discipline resulting in killing or murdering elderly, parents allow kids to be disrespectful to others because they are comfortable disrespect them in the home, parents being friends rather a parent, and many other solid reasonings. “Rejected children tend to distrust and attribute malevolent motives to others, with the result being a defensive, if not aggressive, approach to peer interactions…. Such [rejecting] parents not only fail to model and reinforce prosocial behavior, they actually provide training in aggressive noncompliant behavior.” stated by Ronald Simons, professor of sociology at Iowa State University. Rejection by the family, which is the child's first and fundamental “community,” sets the stage for another social tragedy. Rejected children tend gradually to drop out of normal community life. Professor Simons continues: “Parental rejection… increased the probability of a youth's involvement in a deviant peer group, reliance upon an avoidant coping style, and use of substances.” Many other studies in the professional literature replicate these findings.
