Adeela Carter is the founder of The Carter Strategy Group, a global consulting firm that specializes in strategic planning and business development for entrepreneurs, small businesses and corporate clients. She is also the co-founder of Pitch Better, a Canadian startup that connects Black female entrepreneurs to funding. After a decade-long career in criminal law with the Ministry of the Attorney General in the Ontario Court of Justice, Adeela decided to take a leap of faith, leaving her 9-5 to pursue her passion for business and entrepreneurship.
