Aila Morin is a Marketing & Advertising vet - Currently, Aila leads the Marketing, Creative, and Product at MERIT Beauty, a minimalist, clean, luxury beauty brand founded by Katherine Power. Formerly the Brand Marketing and Go-to-Market Director at Mejuri, Aila was one of the few early hires responsible for the growth of Mejuri from an early startup to a successful fine jewelry company.
