This past week, we sat down with Grace Ling, founder of Design Buddies, the fastest-growing design-focused community, which has grown to over 8,000 active members in less than six months.   Grace has spoken at dozens of events and on numerous podcasts and has recently received design awards and praise in media.   We talked about her goal of creating a digital experience, and the purpose behind developing a social impact that helps designers, students, and community builders.   On the business side, we discuss her use of quantitative and qualitative metrics in the strategic design process she used - a lot of user research, market research, and now she is launching new features, collecting metrics, and adopting / shifting!
