Because no brain is exactly like another, differences in brain functions or chemistry can result in brain abnormalities that affect daily activity. On the outside, those who have these abnormalities, or mental illnesses, are perceived as dangerous, uncontrollable, or even weak. In My Mind aims to confront these prejudices and correct misconceptions, showing viewers what it is like to experience life in the mind of those with mental disorders.
