I was hoping some accountability in the new season but it’s all just life couch rhetoric regurgitated over and over again. “This time last year” same tired tricks with different make up.

Lindsey is literally a breath of fresh air! She is an innovator and so inspiring. What I love about the podcast is that she shares real true life events, that are relatable and helpful for myself, and probably for hundreds of other women. I appreciate her rawness and authenticity.
