On today’s episode of Impractical Brokers, Jesse and Shane welcome Rachel Alderman, the Regional Sales Manager for Investors Title. Rachel shares her journey in marketing and how she began partnering with agents and helping them with open houses and more. Rachel credits personal touches and creative elements to growing her business relationships. She also discusses how she utilizes social media to foster new leads.

Rachel graduated from the University of Florida and immediately began working for Hess Corporation, managing 11 stores in the Tampa area. She then became the Director of Marketing for an insurance agency before becoming a stay-at-home mom. Wanting to rejoin the workforce, Rachel entered the title business and has been there for over 7 years, recently taking on a new role.
