On today’s episode, Jesse and Shane talk to Garrett Bell, the owner of Denovo Realty. After working at a big box brokerage, Garrett shares that he made the bold move of starting his own brokerage and exploded with success after only a few years. Garrett shares the unique and practical strategies that drive his success, including weekly scrum meetings, having an in-house videographer, and even starting the day with a cold plunge.
As a third-generation Realtor, Garrett grew up in Brevard County and began his career as a real estate agent in 2013. During that time, he sold more than 550 homes, consistently ranking him in the top 1% of agents in his market. He was recognized in the Florida 100, Coldwell Banker’s 30 under 30, and featured in the Florida Association of Realtors magazine.
Garrett is a proud alumnus of the University of Central Florida, where he studied Business Management. Outside of Real Estate, Garrett enjoys spending his free time participating in competitive weightlifting, reading, practicing Jiu-Jitsu, and spending quality time with his family and dog.
