I think we sometimes associate the word impact with something on a massive scale, as in something that has a global reach and changes thousands of lives.  But the real impact is in the day to day.  It’s in the way that you can bring more of yourself and your gifts to life.

It’s the impact you make by intentionally putting your gifts to work, and it’s through those things that we find more meaning and fulfilment.
