The hype of New Year resolution talk has settled down, and although I am not one to set one resolution, I DO choose a word of the year and stick with it.  The word is intended to align with my goals for the year and will serve as a compass when I get off track.  This episode will give you ideas on how to choose a word and then how to apply it throughout the year, to keep you on track!
