This episode features my conversation with an old friend from Drexel! Matthias talks about his experience searching for what field of research he wanted to pursue, moving to Germany for a post-doc, and starting the faculty position application process. It was so nice to catch up with his after all these years and he has some great advice for anyone who is thinking about an academic career.
