I had a blast getting to relive the glory days with my old grad school pal in this episode. Sarah Gleeson, PhD and I chatted about the importance of communication, especially to those outside your field. We also discussed the benefits of finding a mentor early on, either in your lab or another, who you can go to with questions that otherwise create unneeded anxiety as you find your way in a new environment.
