These days the job market is ready to bounce back but it seems workers are not ready to bounce on in. They seem content to sit at home and wait for a dream job fantasy that may never come. Nothing wrong with chasing your dreams, but in the mean time the industries that keep your lights on and online shopping working and water running are still in need of hard working people. On this episode we will chat about what has happened to the modern workforce. The idea of a hard days work for a well earned pay has gone out the window in favour of Tick-Tock and Twitter fame over an honest living. We''l also talk about the reality of a college diploma as translated to real world skills. And the idea that having the goal of raising a family in America has fallen out of favour with big government and industry. You are only proven a success through the hallowed gates of university. 00:33:00 - The value of learning a real word skill and trade. 00:40:00 College campus, a place where freedom of speech and ideas were embraced. Now the only narrative embraced is the one they chose. 00:43:00 - The word "American" is now a forbidden word? Talk with any legal immigrant of America and they will be proud to call themselves American. 00:45:00 - The English language unites America not divides. A common language to communicate and work together to grow towards a common goal, how is that bad? 00:48:00 - The goal of having a family in America is now frowned upon.
