There is no surprise that this energetic artist has fallen in love with music at his young age. He was born in a music family, his father and grandfather were and are involved with music their whole life. His passion for electronic music started with first minimal beats introduced to him by his friends. Soon he discovered many other genres of electronic sound and realized his heart beats for Techno. Techno completely changed his feelings and thoughts about music and he became a regular member of techno scene in Slovenia. But just dancing the night away soon was not enough for him. He wanted to get closer to the sound and started playing music himself. Friends pushed him to start playing for bigger and bigger crowds and quickly became a well-known name on techno dance floor as dj Ranchie. Not long in the music business but he already played alongside big names like: Adam Beyer, Christian Varela, Matador, Jay Lumen, Uto Karem, Eric Sneo, Stefanio Neferini, Roberto Capuano, Deborah de Luca, AT project, Fer br, Gramophonzie, Siniša Tamamovič, Urban Jeram, Tomy de Clerque, David Dega, Dj Lion, Veztax, Gumja, Rydel, Psiho, Blree, Lexis, Tea Vučkovič, Omega Drive, Marika Rossa, Lea Dobričič, Alex Cvetkov, Adoo, Angel Anx. Next to playing music and dancing he is also focusing on production of music itself. Still in the early stages but determent to start creating his own sound and vibe. Crowds do not love him only for his choice of colourful techno that has positive vibration sound and fast bass line. Jernej Lavrencic aka. DJ Zweis was first encountered with electronic music at age 15. After several years of partying he was so impressed that he began to deal with it on artistic level a decade ago when he joined the English team Chance Recordings Agency and Exploration of Sound.

Ljubljana based Tinchtov, beside having a full-time job and raising three kids, has spent most of his free time since 2001 first following the relentless and inventive breaking-edge music and this unique cultural phenomenon of techno and some other darkish electronic (sub)genres by collecting music and learning and practicing the history, art and craft of them and second, by taking part in local techno and electro scene mostly by attending events and supporting the small local crews, DJs and producers who through all these years kept bringing artists who himself considers most relevant in the underground electronic scene to Slovenian clubs and festivals. With kids getting teenagers lately he now has had time to dedicate himself even more to the thing he enjoys most. Collecting records and mixing them together (often blending techno, electro, EBM, industrial) in new magic creations which purpose is to make people to dance and enjoy themselves, but also to raise their curiosity for this kind of art that embodies so much freedom and liberation potential and brings in a lot of transcendence and also challenges our imposed social concepts and limited views about ourselves, our music consumption and the human existence as such. Beside DJing this ex drummer in a HC-crust-punk band is for the last year and a half also learning and mastering his Rhythm Machine / Sampler and producing tracks out of the recorded live jams, with the prospect of also being able soon to play the machine live along the records or as a straightforward solo act. Rok said about this podcast: “This DJ set was inspired by what made me fall for techno in the first place - the dancefloor madness. And since that happened around the year 2000 I wanted to make a tribute to that time, yet, using tracks that were released only recently.” The mix was fully improvised live on two turntables and with a couple of added digital tracks.”

Tobias Somer represents the next wave of techno talented millenials from the Adriatic region. Influenced by Berlin techno you will be surprised that this upcoming generation has this amazing taste in techno music, since they lack strong sub-cultures that the 80's and 90's kids had a chance to be a part of.

Maja Bohak (maiaB) is a versatile artist and Slovenian DJ who first appeared on the DJ scene ten years ago. Her genre at the time was Deep house in House. After a long break, she returned to the mixer with breathtaking psytrace and techno music. Last year she collaborated with various musicians and artists such as Maja Pahor, Jelena Milojević, Laylae and many others. Her name also appears in various visual and sound projects - VJ performances.

Tim Guzelj better known as Obscur is a Slovenian born DJ and Producer. Inspired by the 90s techno, he gained the ability to combine dark, raw and fast paced hypnotic sounds perfect for the dancefloor. In 2021 he signed his first EP on Disskghast Records, later that year he also made a remix for Jay Clarke. Obscur continues to explore the depths and possibilities of the sound that he is creating. Elysian aka Kaja Kocjan is a young and ambitious creator in the beginning of her journey. She enjoys exploring electronic music, playing mostly dark and playful rythms of techno. She performed in some Slovenian and Finish events. Melvin is A & R Manager of Dead Groovy Music and Dead Groovy Deep, Edinburgh based Underground Techno and Melodic labels. He has released original productions and remixed on labels such as Dead Groovy Music, Dead Groovy Deep, Alienator Records, Red Channel Records, SEVENS Digital, Geometryk & White Line Music. He currently plays for RedBull Cape Town at their events and has also played at various label showcases during ADE. He holds residencies on Fnoob Techno Radio, with The Hot Cue, where he has hosted some of the biggest artists in the Techno Underground. He is known for deep, powerful sets, taking the listener into the darker reaches of contemporary and classic Techno.

Alja Knez aka Laylae is EU based DJ/Producer is a founder of Coalition, Robotic and Clubio labels, heading to a new frontier with releases on labels like Trapez, Technosforza, Dead Groovy Music, Let's Techno, Techno Vinyls, Doppelgaenger, Planet Underground and Data Tech. She is leaving her mark at Festivals like Exit and underground clubs in Berlin like Mensh Meier. She is resident co-host at Digitally Imported with I'm not a Robot and Forward radio shows.
