In this episode, love continues to be the focus.  This time I am joined by my spouse Summer, and we look at it from the lens of bell hook's book, "All About Love," from her Love Trilogy. We're examining love from a spiritual perspective and how love is not a noun but a verb that takes vulnerability, action, and practice.

Healing Through Time

I’m in Here is all about content that I want to see out in the world. A queer black gender non-conforming person talking about self-care, spirituality, mental health and sharing stories from my lived experiences that have helped me get through some really hard times. I call this project I'm in Here because for many of us that is what we are screaming out into the world. We want to be seen, we want to be heard. We want the world to know that we are here and we deserve to be here.
