In this introductory episode we start at square one, the truest self that resides deep within and extends beyond our physical bodies. The true self is not tied to roles, identities or any other external barometers of classification. This self has no quantifiers or qualifiers and it is the part of us that we have been disconnected from for a very long time. Any spiritual work requires us to start here, so let's start together.

Radical Acceptance of Difference

I’m in Here is all about content that I want to see out in the world. A queer black gender non-conforming person talking about self-care, spirituality, mental health and sharing stories from my lived experiences that have helped me get through some really hard times. I call this project I'm in Here because for many of us that is what we are screaming out into the world. We want to be seen, we want to be heard. We want the world to know that we are here and we deserve to be here.
