It’s so fun to find a show that you like with such a big backlog of episodes! They are natural long form improvisers and the production quality is great. If you like Improv4Humans or Spontaneanation, check it out.

These guys crack me up!! The voices they use for different characters are too funny, and they play off of each other so well! I'm glad there are so many episodes - it should take me a while before I run out of laughs!

Hilarious improv show that you can pick up anytime. I've caught myself laughing out loud..alone..hoping my neighbors don't think I'm insane. You can dive in at any point and won't miss any story as each episode stands alone. But whenever you start, you'll want to go back and catch up on the laughs!

The voice actors are awesome and the improv is some of the best out there. Professor Carstairs is my spirit mentor.

The humor and pacing of the performance leaves much to be wondered about how truely Improve their improve actually is. Besides the live shows the content and quality is still superb but seems to just be a touched edited maybe for the better. Im on to you trio and your Transmissions from a reality quite similar but edited. Even if I listen to the entire catalog of transmissions again im sure ill find a new joke or comment to make me snort in laughter

Illusionoid is an unscripted comdey scifi podcast that is just one the best in my feed, and IMHO under loved. If you like comedy and silly humor, this is the podcast for you. I loved ti so much I did the trouble to log in to my account and write this review from the past ;D so you can thanke me later when you make your time radio. Also professor carstairs is cool

This podcast is laugh out loud hilarious.

I absolutely ADORE this podcast because I never know what to expect except delight and entertainment. The stories are always hilarious and ridiculous, cast talented, and guest fantastic! Definitely give this one a listen!

Thought this was going to be a SciFi audiodrama but it is an improptu improvisational group that makes anything hillarious. They are amazingly talented. Unique and worth listening to. I would love to see them live. You'll get hooked.

I laughed, I cried, I left a review, I listened to every episode twenty more times! Illusionoid is the perfect mix of comedy improv and Sci-FI. Every episode will keep you more than entertained!

Improv is a tricky art form. When it's good, nothing is funnier. If it even slips into "ok" territory, it becomes tremendously painful. That makes this show all the more impressive, that it manages to stay hilarious consistently. I fell in love with this show straight away.

I get super excited when I see the new episodes being downloaded in the podcast app. This is one of my favorite podcasts. It's old time radio...TODAY! Professor Carstairs did not force me to write this review.

I was hesitant to give this podcast a try. I mean Illusionoid? What kind of a podcast could this turn out to be? A fantastic podcast, as it turns out. I catch myself listening to these podcasts over and over again, waiting for the next piece of gold to be available to download. I listen to this podcast on my long rides home in the car. Being a fan of improv comedy (I once did sound effects for Colin Mochrie on stage!), I was anxious to see what could be done in a radio format type if show. Needless to say, I laugh out loud frequently and love every minute of it. It is all I can do to ration myself to one or two per day so I don't run out of Illusionoid episodes too soon! Keep up the great work guys!!

These Illusionoid podcasts are greatness! The guys do a great job on their own; but, it's always a big bonus when they have special guests involved. I've listened to most of them several times and usually hear something new or different each time I listen. The quality has been consitently great, from the first to the most recent. "Crack the Moon!"

I listen to a variety of comedy improv podcasts. They are all unique in their approach and delivery. Illusionoid's premise of a survivor from the future telling stories to the past allows them to explore any story they come up with by inventing any situation in the future. Its easier for them to be inventive by not being constrained by a preexisting premise or metastory. Their live performance podcasts are funny, but to me the studio recordings are better produced and editted. They engage the audience well and play to the room live. Definitely download them all and enjoy!

This improvised sci-fi podcast continually provides an high level of ingenuity and originality. It's a very funny spin on old-school radio stories. I find myself looking forward to it every two weeks, and I've been listening to it from the beginning. It'll get you hooked. I recommend it.

The geniuses behind ILLUSIONOID take an absurd premise, an absurd title, and run with it in each podcast. It's exciting, because not only do you not know what's coming next - but neither do they! Improv is a difficult genre to pull off, particularly in an all-audio format, but I have yet to be disappointed by a single episode. Go into it with an open sense of wonder and appreciation for absurd sci-fi, and you won't be disappointed. One of my favo(u)rite podcasts.

Unless you hate laughter and puppies and sunshine, you'll love Illusionoid. The level of fun that these guys have wih the cheesy sci-fi premise is, frankly, obscene and should be criminalized. Until the legislation passes, however, you should get your fill! Download it now! Do it!!
