Every two years the Center for Industrial Research and Service (CIRAS), conducts a needs assessment process to better understand the needs of manufacturers in Iowa.  Join me on this episode of the Industry Iowa podcast as Mike O’Donnell, shares some of the highlights of the recently released 2021-2022 report, the value it brings to Iowa manufacturers, and the work that CIRAS is doing to partner with these companies to close the gaps that were identified.
