Mental or psychological warfare is defined as an action which is intended to reduce an opponents morale. We usually see this used in wars for when two sides are battling and try to get the better of the opposition. Mental warfare is a tactic used by satan himself which has developed over time into mental illnesses that in this generation is blatant to see and has the whole world going crazy. People are committing suicide at a high rate and families are losing love ones. Misunderstandings about each other has become rampant and there seems to be no answer to the problem except to "get help". We need support systems around for each and every person and each person needs to learn self love, God's love to stay sane through these trying times. In this episode I will be speaking on what mental illnesses stemming from psychological warfare and strain means to me and the path I have gone on. I am still learning and fighting everyday, and I hope what I say can impact those with loved ones who are battling this everyday and for the people directly battling it. To my woman, who I refer to as my Ex in this one, i love you and what I say about you has nothing to do with you as a person or your character, you are amazing. Hey guys, so this is my first podcast and I thought to start it off with "MAN". There are a lot of things going on in this day and age and it is clear to see that the head of the home, the foundation of the homes have been destroyed. Satan has played with men so much that families are struggling and our men who are the leaders of the home have become wayward. Strike the shepherd and the sheep will scatter.
