We talk with Candice about her new upcoming project the Children Disability Support Network.  The Children Disability Network is a community where we can come together to help each other find resources as well as allow you a place to meet other families who can share their stories of both Joys and tears.   It helps to know that you are not alone and to lean on that experience of someone who has walked that same path that you.
