Inspiring voices: a Must -Listen Podcast on IBD!
This is a remarkable podcast hosted by two talented teenage girls discussing Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD). I couldn't be more impressed! Their fresh perspectives and genuine passion for raising awareness really shine through in each episode. The hosts tackle complex topics with ease, making the information accessible and relatable. They share personal stories, and provide practical tips for living with IBD, all while maintaining a light-hearted and encouraging tone. It’s refreshing to hear young voices championing such an important cause! What I love most is their ability to create a sense of community. Listeners feel like they’re part of a supportive conversation, and the girls’ chemistry makes each episode enjoyable and engaging. Whether you’re personally affected by IBD or just looking to learn more, this podcast is a valuable resource. Highly recommend tuning in—these girls are making a difference, one episode at a time!

Amazing initiative
Hi Simona and Nadia, I listened to your first episode and I’m blown away by your narrative. Way to own your story and use it to raise awareness. Your diagnosis is just one facette of who you are and doesn’t have to define you. But awesome to see you use it as an empowering tool to navigate your high school life and beyond. Can’t wait to listen to your next episode keep up the great work 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽 L

Very informative
Many of us hear about IBD but truly very few of us know what the person who has it go through and specifically when it’s a child. It was so nice and informative hearing it from the teenager themselves and I am sure that will help many struggling children and young adults. This condition is more common than what most of people think. Thank you Simona and Nadia for sharing your experience and for trying to reach other struggling families/ children who might not have access to a good support system.
