Great messages from teen girls to teen girls and more. Navigating as a teenager these days in not easy. This is a perfect way to understand that you have a voice and are not alone. Difficult topics most people shy away from are at the forefront of our youth’s minds today. This podcast brings those topics to light and shares them in a way that makes you feel that you can heal and grow, and you can lean on others for support.

Camryn, at such a young age, is able to talk about so many triggering issues such as sexual assault and body image issues, in a beautiful and comforting way. She was able to help me cope with my difficult issues in under an hour! Keep up the good work Cam!

Camryn has such a way with words and her podcast reflects so many of the issues teenage girls face that, unfortunately, do not receive enough unstigmatized attention. This podcast is a great stripped-down look at the lives of teenage girls. It is so important in that it gives us a chance to tell our own stories, especially in a world that too often silences us. Kudos to Camryn for creating something so wonderful!!
