On this week's episode, we are discussing a filmmaker who has been regarded as "the worst director of all time" and is truly an OG when it comes to B-movies and the "so-bad-it's-good" genre. He truly paved the way for people like Tommy Wiseau. It's Ed Wood, baby! We watched his most infamous film "Plan 9 From Outer Space" and then cleansed our palette with the wonderful, magical & masterful biopic from Tim Burton! "Ed Wood" is the quintessential filmmaker's film. It's all about the magic and love for the film medium and should really be shown in all film school classes around the world. Truly awe-inspiring!Timecodes:Disclaimer music: End Credits from Ed Wood soundtrackIntro music: Bela Lugosi's Dead (Bauhaus Cover) by Armand GarciaOutro taken from The Fesh Pince of Blair 2: Uncle Phil Yiffs In Heaven AgainFollow us on Instagram @videotapespodcast on Instagram for the latest updates on the show!If you like what you hear, please rate and review us if you can on your favorite streaming service and help spread the word!Have any thoughts, questions, concerns or recommendations?
