She has extensive international corporate experience in Human Resource Management and organisational development and currently serves a wide range of organisations including start-ups and NGOs. Her current work focuses on change management bricolage, agile leadership and career design. A thought leader in her field, Neha is a keynote speaker, academic lecturer and published researcher.
