You can't expect to wake up one day and all the sudden change and flip your entire life. Break it down and take little green steps. Pick one thing that you are most passionate about and start here.(2) Allow yourself to confront all of the pain and anxiety, but also start to let it go. Life is very peculiar and bizarre. We just need to find little moments of joy that keep us going.(3) It is less about stopping comparing yourself and more about finding acceptance and love.____________________________________SHOW NOTES____________________________________CONNECT WITH STEPHANIEWebsite: https://www.greenisthenewblack.com/LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/stephldickson/Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/stephldickson____________________________________CONNECT WITH ALISA"Helping female leaders heal & thrive" ⫸ Alisa Eresina is a coach, entrepreneur and host of the I AM: ENOUGH podcast.
