If you love the great hymns and are interested in their backstories, both musically and lyrically, you must listen to this podcast. Kerrie and Kellie, besides being identical twins, are musicians who know what they are talking about musically and can harmonize together in that beautiful way that only real singers (especially siblings) can. Plus they are hilarious and love God. That’s all I need! I tune in every episode and they just keep getting better. Check it out. It is a true joy to listen to.

What a pleasure to listen to Kerry and Kelly take a weekly deep dive into the life of church hymns. Both are individually knowledgeable as they explore the origin and history of each chosen hymn. One of my favorite parts of the podcast is when they sing the week’s song together, beautifully harmonized. We hear also the interesting short biography of the hymn writer and the composer. I especially enjoy the well-informed discussion of the meaning of the hymn as taken from Scripture. Highly recommend this podcast if you love the old hymns and are looking for a meaningful pause for the busyness of your day.
