Michael Dila is a design and innovation leader, designer of conversation, and a steward of community. He is the project director for Oslo for AI, a year-long project that will invite participants to co-design a new kind of constitutional process for the governance of AI. Michael is also the founder of System 3 Coaching, focused on helping leaders navigate the dynamics of ethical and technical complexity.
