HUMANING: in Conversation
HUMANING: in Conversation
Hallie Dalsimer, Alex Crow, Ally Rugge, Ashley Berry
Humaning is a messy business. Gathering around a common intent to get at the heart of what it means to be human, Humaning In Conversation is an often raw and always real-talk kind of podcast. We speak candidly from our lived experience, centering embodiment, spirituality, and the nitty-gritty questions and practicalities of life on Earth. Our discussions aim to cut through conditioning, in service to reclaiming wholeness and sensing our way out of the often fractured and numbing “daily grind.” Join us as we get curious together and reflect on how to navigate the mess with integrity, show up to the challenges with grace, learn from and become more generous with one another. Join Hallie, Ally, Alex and Ashley, as we dive deeply into exploring what it means to human well - in our bodies, in relationship, in this moment, on planet Earth.
Self-Discipline as an Act of Love
Join Hallie and Alex in an intimate contemplation of the balance between form and flow. Distinguishing between healthy boundaries and harmful limitations, we begin to untangle the meaning and purpose of internally-cultivated discipline from the punishment and blind obedience that often go hand in hand with the externally imposed discipline many of us are so familiar with.
