Unfiltered Conversation on Stuckness and Patterns
Somethign a little different today... you are literally listening in to the first ever conversation between me and Shantani as this was meant to be a coffee connection chat. But as happens when you get 2 like minded people who love going deep...we immediately dove into some topics that people just dont talk about enough, at least not openly. And because this wasnt meant to be public, we didn't hold back at all (not like either one of us really do anyways, but still....this is an unfiltered as it gets). I think both of us started to realize partway through that we might wanna share it, so you may hear us start to say things like "for anyone listening" but yea... GOOD STUFF   We start by diving into what's most alive for me right now, which is where I'm struggling, and then go into what conversations we keep hearing around us, patterns we see in people who haven't *yet* found their truest path but are searching, and so much more.   Connect with Shantani: instagram.com/somaticceo Connect with Dr. Megan : instagram.com/drmegandaley , TikTok: @dr.megandaley

Trusting Your Inner Voice: A Guide to Living Your Best Life - with Katherine Woller
I think the best way to describe what this epsiode is, is to share what Katherine Woller put on the intake form for the interview:  "Honestly, it all comes back to self-trust. There is so much value in developing your own personal trust muscle and feeling empowered in your ability to make the most aligned decisions for your life, even when they go against the grain. I learned this the hard way, through the fire of a failed engagement and the healing that followed. Now, I want to help others develop that same life-changing self-trust. My hope is that your listeners will walk away with the insight that building a strong, authentic self-trust muscle is the key to healthier connections and a healthier life, and that trusting your own voice is the first step toward true alignment and happiness. To me, this transcends just relationships with others and really speaks to our relationships with ourselves, our choices of career, where we live, how we approach motherhood, all of it." YES MA'AM!!!  In this we talk about: Learning to trust your intuition, including the difference between intuition and your "fear voice" Finding community and how integral that is Evolving and how you cant continue to ignore the needed grieving process Learning into each new chapter of life and so much more! Katherine Rose Woller is a storyteller, author, and mom. Her bestselling memoir, Calling It Off, invites readers to trust their gut and choose themselves at life’s crossroads. She is also featured in Forbes, Parents, The Mother Chapter, and more.   Connect with Katherine: Instagram: @katherinewoller Website: https://www.katherinerosewoller.com/  Free Guide Download for Listeners: 3 Reflection Questions for when You're at a Crossroads Calling It Off: Memoir of an Almost Bride: Amazon Link also on Audible!   Connect with Dr. Megan:  Instagram: @drmegandaley website: moveonthedaley.com

Stress is Actually Contagious - Are you giving or "catching"?
Yes, I mean physiologically contagious.  This is important to know as an individual but ESPECIALLY if you are in leadership and/or work with other humans. Listen to the epsiode to hear more (with of course a few squirell brain tangents that circle back), including some tips on how to know if you're the one affecting others or at risk of being affected. And of course, I don't leave you totally hanging on what to do about it - I give a few simple tips on how to help mitigate taking on someone else's stress, as well as lower your own. And with that in mind...group course REALLY diving into all this (the science, insights, tools, all the things) starting early Jan 2026 with a HUGE pre-sale THIS WEEK!! Turning Hard Moments Into Heart-Centered Success (With a Side of Humor) - with Jess Walker
Today I got the opportunity to talk to Jess Walker, founder of FiveDot Greeting Cards where she creates unique, heartfelt, often humorous cards for every occasion from congratulations to grief. We unpack her story and how her own grief (losing her husband in their 20s) shaped her life and her business. We discuss the importance of working to live rather than living to work. We even dive briefly into her first career in traveling musical theatre. From beginning to end, our conversation is one you will not want to miss. Not Eating Death Cookies is Costing You Your Energy
f you’ve been putting something off — the dishes, that hard conversation, or showing the real you instead of the polished version — this episode is your loving wake-up call. Phil Stutz calls these avoided moments “death cookies” — and every time you dodge one, your nervous system learns that discomfort = danger. In this episode, I unpack how facing those moments (instead of running from them) is actually a form of nervous system regulation — and one of the fastest ways to feel calmer, clearer, and more in control. We’ll talk about: Why your brain resists even simple tasks How avoidance compounds dysregulation and burnout Why authenticity is one of the hardest (and most healing) “death cookies” to eat Small, body-based ways to build capacity for discomfort By the end, you’ll have practical steps — and reflection prompts — to start reclaiming your energy and confidence, one cookie at a time.   Connect with Dr. Megs on IG here or via her website

Burnout Keynote Reflections
Gave a keynote a couple days ago to 350 people (99% women) on Reclaiming Success without Self Sacrifice. Be prepared for my ADHD squirrel brain with this one (it ramps up a bit extra for 24-48 hrs after a big speaking engagement for some reason), but I reflect on a couple difference reflections / insights from this experience - How I still get nervous AF before any speaking engagement, even though at this point I know I'll go into a flow as soon as I step on stage - Reflections on how many people experience burnout AND how normalized it is to the point where we dont recognize it - and so much more  Again, my apologies for being squirrel brained, but enjoy!   Self-audit workbook: moveonthedaley.com/self-audit connect with me on IG: instagram.com/drmegandaley check out my offers: moveonthedaley.com Speaking page: moveonthedaley.com/speaker

Didn't Expect THIS From my 20yr HS Reunion...
Like I'm sure many of you, high school was not the *best* experience for me. I felt like an outsider, I was awkward, etc, etc... And in the years since, I had really only kept up periodically with 1 or 2 people. Even though there's honestly many more that I thought fondly of, I hadn't been "close" with them (you'll hear me talk about this perception and my struggles with it a bit in this episode), so I didn't reach out ever. I would see FB notifications pop up for a few others as they got married, had kids, and/or moved back to the general area. That sorta thing... So I honestly didn't plan on bothering with any of the reunions. But for whatever reason, the universe set it up for me to go to my 20th... Can't remember if I even mention this in the recording, but (1) I randomly reconnected with 2 classmates who I'd really admired in HS but had chickened out on pursuing more of a friendship with (read: awkward and convinced other girls didn't like me) and (2) I had a keynote scheduled for 2 days before the reunion that was only 3 hrs away (this ended up getting rescheduled, but I'd already bookmarked flight options to do that and see my family). So after the 2 girls I'd connected with said they might also fly in for it, I said f*ck it, the universe is pointing me in this direction, so let's find out why. What I did NOT expect is some of the particular emotions it brought up. Listen to the epsiode for what that is and the lesson / growth within it! To Speak Out Online Or Not As A Professional?
Connect with Dr Megan on Instagram: instagram.com/drmegandaley Or via her website: moveonthedaley.com VALUES episode I reference in this one: https://open.spotify.com/episode/6rL750bHg1IPuBCxhgZXUh?si=9uNj7c33RZ26ysnJAwh52w   In today's epsiode, we discuss the pros & cons of speaking up online as a proessional. Whether you work in corporate or are an entrepreneur, society and propriety would tell you to stay in your lane and not "rock the boat" by talking about anything outside of business that might be polarizing. Whether that be out of a sense of general "professionalism" (who defines that anyways?), fear of losing potential clients, straight up social conditioning, or any other reason...This epsiode dives into the pros/cons of speaking out online  TBH, this epsiode could have been way longer to really dive into it, and I still didn't even get in every point I'd want to make directly related to this, so there will be related follow ups coming soon...

Would you rather be hopeful and wrong or hopeless and right?
In this solo episode, I dive into the idea that it’s often better to be hopeful and wrong than hopeless and right. Hope is what keeps us moving, reaching, and believing in possibility—even when the outcome doesn’t turn out the way we envisioned. But I also share why it’s equally important to honor the heavy, hard feelings when life gets tough. This isn’t about faking positivity or bypassing reality—it’s about finding the balance between allowing what’s real and keeping the door cracked open for what’s possible.   Drop into the DMs and let's chat! instagram.com/drmegandaley (bio also has links for freebies, etc)   Work with Dr. Megan: moveonthedaley.com
