Las historias serán sobre las personas que se sienten marginados o que viven en la pobreza pero que tienen mucho que aportar como la felicidad, el sentido del humor y los conocimientos. La razón por la que se llama "human caos" es porque la periodista es bicultural y bilingüe, una palabra es en inglés (human) y otra en español (caos). Entrevista a personas que se sienten invisibles en nuestra sociedad.
