Today I welcome Jo Hedger to the podcast; a 4 times ISA international tree climbing champion (world champion) and 5 times European champion. I have been fortunate enough to train Jo for the last 4/5 years and have been witness to the many improvements she has made not only in her training but in her work, lifestyle & competitions too.
