When we hear about care-providing professionals, we often think about their efforts in helping others navigate their roads. That made the two of us wonder -- what took us on this journey in the beginning? When we look back at the starting point, what was it that made us decide to take the route towards this profession? In this second episode, I (Clara) invited Meng Gao, one of the funding members who brought Galli Theatre to China, and is now sailing on his journey to Canada. We will be having a conversation around the differences and similarities across cultures and theories. That's why we wanted to start this podcast focusing on their journey to become who they are today. The first episode I want to dedicate to my own profession of drama therapy. I invited two students currently studying drama therapy at New York University to share their present experiences from choosing the profession to actually doing drama therapy in the community.
