Welcome to How I Cooked Today. I am Marquita Moore. 1.  Use Your Heart
This episode is all about "The Love". Granola love. I simply love making this Granola. It really makes me happy to throw all the ingredients in a bowl and create this treat for myself. As I was making it this time, I started thinking about how often I did things that didn’t bring me happiness or joy. All the times when I wasn’t using my heart. What does it feel like for you, when you are, and when you are not using your heart?Great Granola2 cups rolled oats¼ sunflower seeds3tbsp pecans (or any nut you like)1Tbsp ground flaxseed, optional (but I use it)½ cup water¾ peanut butter¼ chocolate chips or peanut butter chips (I do both)½ cup honey1 cup dried fruit (I use cranberry or dried cherries)2 tablespoons pumpkin seedsThese are things I like, but throw in whatever you prefer.1 1/4 cup of any Mix-ins you like….
